Designed for narrow European-standard binders with a 3 cm spine. Seven slim labels fit on a single A4 page. Type your text, pick a font, and print — ready to cut and apply in seconds.
Slim 3 cm binders are the narrow European standard, used for thin reports, single subjects and anything that would rattle around in a lever arch file. At 30 mm the label is narrower than any common pre-cut sheet, which is why most people print these on plain paper and cut them. Keep to a single line of text: at this width a second line forces the type down to a size that is hard to read from a shelf, and an abbreviation people recognise beats a full title that cannot be made out.
You can print on plain paper and cut along the marks, or use a pre-cut sheet made for this format:
| No exact pre-cut sheet | 30 mm is not a standard adhesive label width. Print on plain paper or 120 gsm cardstock and cut along the dashed marks, or slide the strip into the binder's spine pocket. |

Seven slim labels fit across an A4 sheet, which makes this the most paper-efficient size in the set. Cut with a trimmer rather than scissors if you can — at 30 mm wide, a cut that wanders by a millimetre is visible once the label is in the pocket.
Micro-perforated cardstock inserts for 1-inch view binders (1.4" spine channel). 40 inserts, laser and inkjet.
For 2-inch ring binders with a 2.8" spine channel. 20 cardstock inserts, bright white, micro-perforated.
TripleTrack rail and a cut-line wire that shows exactly where the blade lands. The single best upgrade over scissors for printed label sheets.
