Create business cards at 85 × 55 mm — the standard size across Germany and most of Europe. Fill in your details, pick a layout, and print a full sheet with cut marks.
85 × 55 mm is the default business card across Europe, and the size every European cardholder, wallet slot and card scanner is built around. It is marginally taller than the US 89 × 51 mm card, which matters more than it sounds: a European card in a US cardholder sits proud of the pocket, and a US card in a European one slides around. If most of your contacts are in Europe, this is the size to use. Ten cards fit on an A4 sheet in a 2 × 5 grid, so a single sheet of 250 gsm card produces a usable batch.
You can print on plain paper and cut along the marks, or use a pre-cut sheet made for this format:
| Sigel DP830 | 85 × 55 mm, 200 gsm, bright white with smooth edges. 150 cards, for inkjet and laser. |
|---|---|
| Avery Zweckform C32011 | 85 × 54 mm, 200 gsm, matt white, 250 cards. Micro-perforated for clean edges. |
Ten cards fit on an A4 sheet. Print a test page on plain paper first and check the dimensions with a ruler before using card stock — at this size a 2 mm scaling error is visible against a standard cardholder.
2" × 3.5", matte white, 200 cards. Clean Edge sheets separate without the ragged perforation dots that give home-printed cards away.
2" × 3.5", white, 250 cards on 25 letter sheets. 80 lb / 216 gsm stock with Sure Feed for straight alignment.
TripleTrack rail and a cut-line wire that shows exactly where the blade lands. The single best upgrade over scissors for printed label sheets.
